Welcome to RSM Ecoluxe. We believe sustainability and quality go hand-in-hand. Rachel Skinner Millinery EcoLuxe identifies the hats, head bands, hair accessories and head pieces in our collections that have been crafted with and /or adorned by vintage fabrics and embellishments, and honor, as do all of our pieces, traditional millinery skills and techniques.

As a founder member of the British Hat Guild, and traditionally trained milliner (Rachel served her apprenticeship with Queen Elizabeth II’s beloved hatter, Sir Freddie Fox), Rachel is a proud advocate for both sustainability and quality. The RSM EcoLuxe Collection is a mark of exceptional millinery created by or including elements of vintage fabrics from archive mills, vintage embellishments, or collaborations with designers such as Clarissa Hulse, to ensure no collection fabrics are wasted.
